I believe that you are courageous for seeking therapy. Life can be very challenging from time to time, and everyone deserves a break. Therapy should be a place that allows you to be your authentic self as you work towards personal healing. My aim is to show up and be fully present with you as you strive to become the best version of yourself. I have worked in a variety of capacities which include psychiatric hospitals, substance abuse treatment centers, non-profit agencies, and school settings. I have worked with children, adolescents, and adults.
My approach to counseling is person-centered, I see the person before the problem. We all go through various challenges in life, and deciding to go to therapy is a huge step. My aim is to provide a safe, judgement free space so that you will feel comfortable expressing yourself.
